Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments for Sarwise are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains when you can cancel and when a refund is possible. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
You can cancel at any time during the 14-day trial and you will not be charged. After day 14 the first payment is taken and the rules below apply.
2. Monthly plans
- You can cancel at any time.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. You keep full access until then.
- Payments for the current monthly period are generally non-refundable, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.
3. Yearly plans
- A yearly plan is a commitment for 12 months at a reduced price. It cannot be ended early during the year. Payments for the current year are generally non-refundable, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.
- You may turn off automatic renewal at any time during the annual term; your access continues until that term ends.
- We email you about 30 days before your yearly plan renews.
4. Setup service
The one-time setup service ("we set it up for you", €199 excl. VAT) is generally non-refundable once the setup has been carried out, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law. If you cancel before we start, we refund it in full.
5. Exceptions
If you are charged by mistake (for example a double payment), or if the service was unavailable for a significant part of a period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will correct it with a refund or credit.
6. How to cancel
Cancel through the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email info@sarwise.com from the address you used to order. We confirm every cancellation by email.
7. Business customers
Sarwise is sold only to registered businesses, so the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply. If mandatory law nevertheless gives you additional rights, for example as a consumer, those rights apply as described in Paddle's refund policy.
